International Eucharistic Congress

The Committee of the 50th International Eucharistic Congress wishes to thank parishioners most sincerely for their generous response last year to their collection, which is held on the feast of Corpus Christi and replaces the Share Collection. Once again this collection will be held on the weekend of 5th/6th June and your generosity will be much appreciated. This collection will replace the Share collection at all the Masses. Eucharistic Congress 1932 An exhibition of photographs and information on the Eucharistic Congress in Ireland in 1932 will be on display in the Church at the end of next week 23rd JULY 2010.

It will bring back memories for some parishioners and will give some idea of the Church in Ireland back in 1932 and how much things in the Church have changed over the years.
