It is now a well– documented fact that learning through Irish is a significant help to all children as it facilitates the learning of additional languages.
Gaelscoil Ui Cheadaigh is a family orientated school where the
professionalism and enthusiasm of its teachers help each child to achieve their full potential.
It is not necessary for parents to have Irish. What is required is encouragement for the pupils and enthusiasm for the language. Irish language classes will be made available for parents if required.
